1. Note to Clients

Our treatment of client Personal Information is governed by our agreements with TherapyNotes, including the Terms of Service and HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, as applicable. If any provision in those agreements conflicts with any provision in this Privacy Policy, the provision in the agreement will control to the extent of such conflict.
We encourage clients with questions about how their data is handled to reach out to Champion’s Fight directly or to TherapyNotes for platform-specific inquiries.

 

2. Personal Information We Collect

“Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you, such as:

• Identifiers & Contact Information: Name, email, phone number, mailing address, IP address.
• Billing Information: Invoices, insurance info, date of services, service details.

• Device & Internet Info: Browsing activity, interactions within the Client Portal, device data.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Champion’s Fight related to appointment reminders, service updates, and mental performance tips.

Clients opt in during the intake process via informed consent forms. Once opted in, clients may receive limited texts relevant to services. To opt out, reply STOP. To receive assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.
